We began our day running along Lakeshore Rd, which happens to hug the shoreline of beautiful Lake Ontario. We were thrilled that our super enthusiastic new friend, Raymond, was eagerly waiting to run with us!

Nous avons débuté notre course du jour le long du Lakeshore Rd. ( route du Bord-du-Lac), qui arrive à embrasser le littoral du magnifique Lac Ontario. Nous étions ravi que notre nouvel ami super-enthousiaste, Raymond, attendait fébrilement de courir avec nous!

We met some friendly local triathlete- runners as we set off.

Nous avons rencontré d’aimables triathlètes-coureurs comme nous quittions.

We met so many friendly people along the route!

Nous avons rencontré tellement de gens gentils tout au long de la route!

This friendly couple happened to be opening their store for the first time right at the moment that Harita ran by- they were delighted to be blessed by the Peace Torch along the way!

Ce couple très amical venait tout juste d’ouvrir leur magasin pour la première fois, juste au moment où Harita y courait. Ils étaient enchantés d’être béni par le Flambeau de la Paix sur le chemin!

We were so happy that Tim Fitz Mcguire spontaneously ran half a mile for peace with Brahmata

Nous étions si content que Tim Fitz McGuire accepte de courir spontanément un demi-mille pour la Paix avec Brahmata.

We arrived in Toronto just in time to be enthusiastically welcomed to be part of the Toronto Diversity Festival.

Nous sommes arrivés à Toronto juste à temps pour un accueil très enthousiaste à faire partie du Festival de la Diversité de Toronto.

Following a powerful rendition of "O Canada" by a young local singer, Brahmata introduced the Peace Run and invited the audience to join the thousands of other Peace lovers around North America in taking a moment to reflect on the yearning for peace that we all have within us.

Nous assistons à une puissante interprétation de l’Hymne «O Canada» fait par une chanteuse de Toronto. Puis Brahmata a introduit la Course de la Paix et invité l’audience à se joindre à des milliers d’autres amoureux de la Paix en Amérique du Nord et à prendre un instant pour faire miroiter cette aspiration pour la Paix que nous avons tous à l’intérieur de nous.

Quelques uns d’entre nous arrivons juste à temps afin de pouvoir chanter le chant thème de la Course de la Paix.

Many friendly Canadians were eager to hold the torch!

Plusieurs Canadiens bienveillants étaient enthousiastes de tenir le Flambeau!

We were welcomed by our long-time Peace Run co-ordinating and supporting team from Toronto who offered us tasty lunch snacks from the local markets- thank you!!

Nous avons été accueilli par notre coordinateur de la Course de la Paix depuis longtemps et l’équipe pylône de Toronto qui nous a offert de délicieuses collations- repas du marché local — Merci !!

We headed to our next event- a short presentation at "Big on Bloor" a big six block street Festival of Arts and Culture. We enjoyed watching the diverse range of people happily enjoying the atmosphere while we waited to go on.

Nous nous sommes dirigés vers notre prochain événement — une courte présentation au « Big on Bloor »; un gros Festival des Arts et de la Culture se déroulant sur six rues de Toronto. Nous apprécions observer les gens de différentes diversités culturelles qui s’amusaient dans un atmosphère joyeux pendant que nous attendions notre tour pour aller présenter notre événement.

We invited the audience to take a moments peace.

Nous invitons l’audience à prendre un instant pour la Paix.

After the presentation many peace lovers were happy to hold the torch...
