Ubud

Our morning began with a 4 km run along Sanur's beautiful beach.

Kami mengawali hari dengan berlari sejauh 4 km di sepanjang pantai Sanur yang indah

We definitely provided a different view than the usual as many tourists were sitting down for a leisurely morning breakfast.

Kami menjadi daya tarik yang berbeda dari biasanya bagi para wisatawan yang sedang duduk menikmati sarapan pagi.

Next we got in our van and drove up to Ubud.

Lalu kami naik mobil menuju Ubud

SD Negeri 4 Singakerta was our first school and they presented us with a very soulful greeting in complete silence with folded hands.

SD 4 Singakerta adalah sekolah pertama dan mereka menyambut kami dengan kedua tangan dicakupkan di depan dada.

We were also honored to be garlanded with fragrent frangipanis as we entered.

Kami pun merasa terhormat mendapat kalungan bunga ketika memasuki sekolah

Beautiful Balinese girls offered a traditional dance.

Anak-anak mempersembahkan sebuah tarian tradisional.

We collectively shared a moment of silence.

Kami bersama-sama berbagi momen keheningan

It's always fun to make new friends.

Berkenalan itu menyenangkan

This school has many students whose parents are artists and while we were offering our presentation some of the students were creating beautiful pastel artworks.

Di sekolah ini banyak murid-murid yang orang tuanya adalah seniman dan ketika kami memberikan presentasi, beberapa di antara mereka sedang melukis dengan pastel

The teachers accepted our gifts of Peace Trees and Jharna Kala art work by Sri Chinmoy.

Para guru menerima kenang-kenangan dari kami Pohon Kedamaian dan Jharna Kala karya Sri Chinmoy

Everyone got to hold the torch.

As we entered SD 6 Singakerta school all the students were singing the World Harmony Run song.

Ketika kami memasuki SD 6 Singakerta, murid-murid menyanyikan lagu World Harmony Run

Complete with all the actions.

Lengkap dengan gayanya.

We had lots of fun sharing our skits dramatizing what is or is not harmony.

Kami pun bersenang-senang memainkan drama pendek tentang apa itu keharmonisan dan yang tidak harmonis

Then we quieted down for some reflective moments of silence.

Kemudian kami pun mengheningkan cipta.

We invited the students to sign our map which has travelled from the start of the Asia Pacific Peace Run in Russia.

Kami mengundang para murid untuk menandatangani peta yang dibawa dari awal Peace Run Asia Pasific di Rusi

Thank you very much for having us visit your school.

Terima kasih sudah menerima kami di sekolah anda.

Then we were back on the road running 16 km to our final destination

Lalu kami pun mulai lari menempuh jarak 16 km menuju tujuan akhir kami

We met with famous Balinese artist Agung Rai in front of the statue of Sri Chinmoy, Peace Run founder.

Kami bertemu dengan Seniman Bali yang terkenal Agung Rai di depan patung Sri Chinmoy, pendiri Peace Run

We finished our day at the famous World Peace Gong!

Kami mengakhiri hari ini dengan berfoto di depan Gong Perdamaian Dunia!
