Oslo City Centre - Holmenkollen

Our day begins with a warm up on the slackline outside Fragrance of the Heart cafe in the centre of Oslo.

Runners gather outside the Nobel Peace Centre.

Pratul prepares everyone for the 11 kilometre uphill run. The run 'upstairs' as he describes it.

We make a pit stop at another Fragrance of the Heart Cafe.

Tihomir from Croatia ascends the hill by bike.

It is a steep climb up the hill.

The views of Oslo from up here are spectacular.

Arriving at the Eternal Flame.

Mr. Paal Moen, former Director of Aker Brygge, welcomes the runners and speaks about Peace.

Paal Moen offers a song by a Swedish poet.

Pratul is the MC for the function.

A representative from the Indian Embassy offers his support for the Peace Run, and speaks about the founder Sri Chinmoy.
