Reported by Tavishi Matthews 70.0 mi

This morning we said goodbye to Claudette, who kindly provided two nights accommodation for the mens team in Montreal.

We also bid farewell to our kind hosts Devaki and Vidura who kept us all extremely well fed in Montreal. They also provided accommodation for our womens team.

It was also a farewell for Barbora (second from left) who returns to London.

Gathering snacks for the day.

We crossed the border into the US and were in awe of the beauty of Vermont as we ran along Route 7.

Pierre, seen jumping for joy in this photo, ran 20 miles today.

This store in Burlington Vermont was the original Ben and Jerry's.

During the long drive from Canada, Yatkara needed some coffee.

Arpan was surprised to find a town called New Haven in Vermont which was the name of the city where he grew up in Connecticut.

In the evening we stayed at the home of friends in Shaftsbury.

The sunset was beautiful.
