Honolulu, Hawaii - Waianae, Hawaii

Before going to our first school, we were treated to breakfast by our dear friend, Saraswati. In honour of Abhejalis victorious swim she presented us with beautiful leis and told us many entertaining and inspiring stories, what a wonderful start to the day!

Our first school today was the Unity School, which is associated with the Unity Church we visited on Sunday.
The children were extremely adorable, but unfortunately we are not able to show them in our photos, so you will just have to imagine how cute they were!
We had an extra team member for the presentation, long time friend of the Peace Run, Durdam Rocherolle, who happened to be visiting Hawaii from San Diego.

Watching the video showing kids all around the world is always fun for the children!

Johanna Kelly, who is also part of the Unity Church Zamar, enthusiastically received our certificate.

High-low fives to all the kids after they held the torch and shared their prayers for peace.

Our next school was the Ali Iolani School in Waikiki.

We were presented with Leis here also from the children.

"We are the oneness and fulness of tomorrows sun!"

The principal, Paul Passantino, pictured on the left, was super enthusiastic! We presented one of Sri Chinmoy's paintings entitled "Peace Feeds the Children"

All smiles for the torch!

A big thank you to Tim Hosoda, pictured holing the Peace Torch, for organising our visit, and School Principal, Paul Passantino for his whole-hearted support!

Time to run!

School Principal, Paul Passantino washappy to show us the "Wall of Kindness" created by the kind acts of all the children, so inspiring!!

Aloha!!! And Thank you Ali Iolani School for sharing your peace with all of us!

Our final visit of the day was to the Boys and Girls Club of Waianae.

Long time Peace Runner, Phaedra, is in Hawaii working for a couple of weeks, so we were thrilled she could join us in Waianai!

Peace is in the heart.

Peace is in the heart.

Time to hold the torch!

And time to Run!

Peace!

These kids all live very close to the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

"Peace is Precious"

What a team!

After the school visit was over we headed up to the Kaena State Park, at the North West tip of Oahu.

Could you be anywhere more beautiful?

Heading to Ka'ena Point.

There is an Albatross Colony right at the tip of Ka'ena Point.

Sunset on Keawaula Beach.

In the morning
