Our first stop was Miami Shores Montessori School where students, teachers and parents were waiting enthusiastically for the peace torch to arrive.

Our local hostess Drishti leads the way into the school.

Students drew beautiful drawings about what peace means to them.

Some students shared with us how important peace is to them.

Time to be peaceful holding the torch and making a wish for world peace.

Mr. Osmani Gonzalez, PTA President of Dade County (Miami area) receiving the Torch Bearer Award for his selfless service to the community. He gives lectures about Fatherhood so that more children may have positive male role models in their lives.

Congratulations Mr. Gonzalez and thank you for inspiring us with your selfless service.

We would like to thank Principal Silvia Laurent for receiving us today at the Montessori School. We are very grateful for their heartfelt welcome.

We would like to offer our infinite gratitude to Drishti for offering us a delicious lunch and snacks. We are very grateful.

Our Miami hosts, thank you so much to Durjaya for finding the schools we visited today and Drishti for the wonderful lunch and snacks for the journey back to Orlando. They also took us out to dinner last night to a wonderful Italian restaurant. Thank you so much, we offer our infinite gratitude for their hard work and kindness.
