We started our day running by the beach in the California Coast. It was a great day for running with a nice cool breeze.

Our great runner Dhavala starting us out.

Chintamani invoking peace with a minute of silence before her run. If you have peace, you give peace.

There she goes!

Some facts about the tallest trees in the world.

Magnificent giant tress.

Time to run through the forest.

Men's team enjoying the view.

Salil touching every tree in the forest.

Attila found a new friend along the way.

While running, Chintamani met these 5 lovely ladies from Arizona on their cousin/auntie road trip.

Too cozy to come out of the car.

A reported met us on the road today.

Old Survivor Tree, also known as the Grandfather tree, is the last remaining old-growth coastal redwood of the East Bay Redwoods that once populated the Oakland Hills in California.  This magnificent tree is 265 feet tall and 24" in diameter. It is estimated to be 1,800 years old.

A little hiking

We found a beautiful river today and of course, we could't help to jump in.

Felt so good to swim after our run today.

Time to cook in our RV, our home away from home.

Suhasini working on her report.

So nice to finally rest among the beautiful forest.
