We would like to thank Walker and Kim for so wonderfully hosting our men's team. They felt right at home!

Also we would like to offer our gratitude to the Shady Spruce Hostel for hosting our women's team. We had a great night sleep, well needed to continue our running journey. Thank you so much!

Staying at the hostel, we met this interesting man from Kansas who is biking across America and was thrilled to see our photos as we passed through Kansas a few weeks ago. We wish him well in his journey.

It was perfect cool and overcast weather to start our running today in the beautiful Montana mountains.

Saudamini enjoying her run.

Go Atulya, go!!!

A moment's peace.

Dhavala adding the miles for the lady's team.

We passed through some interesting facts along the way.

And wonderful scenery along the way.

An Eagle's nest.

After completing our miles and arriving at our destination in Missoula, it was time for lunch.

And some coffee to give us energy for our first ceremony of the day.  Thank you Saudamini for treating the women's team with coffee and hot chocolate. We are most grateful.

Our first ceremony of the day was at the Westside Park Summer Camp in Missoula, where we really enjoyed meeting the students, They were very attentive and interested in our journey running through all 50 states in the USA.

Before our last ceremony of day, we went to dinner at Bridge Pizza who offered us complementary pizza for the team. Thank you very much for your kindness, we appreciate it.

Our second ceremony of the day was at the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center.  Rankin was a committed pacifist and the first woman to be elected in US Congress. She helped pass the 19th Amendment, giving women the right to vote.

We were greeted by Nicole Mitchell, Executive Director of the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center. The JRPC stands for peace through justice, equality and connecting with people in the community. She received the Torch Bearer Award Medal for inspiring people in her community.
