Running out of St Louis we meet these enthusiastic ladies.

The team are welcomed at Manchester City Hall by Mayor Ben Toben. He and his amazing team shared their enthusiasm and hope for peace. Thank you to City Clerk Michelle Melugin for arranging our visit.

We are running on the historic route 66.

A spontaneous meeting with teachers and children having a field day outside Hannah Woods School.

Thank you to the Ellisville Police Department for their assistance today. Sergeant George Corless escorted us to the City Hall and then on to Wildwood City Hall.

Mayor Rob Compton of Ellisville had a warm welcome for the team, Commissioner Greg Sanborn was also present. Thank you to former mayor Mike Roemerman for arranging this excellent meeting.

Mike carried the torch from Ellisville to the Wildwood City Hall. The team had to step of their pace to keep up.

Commissioner Joe Farmer of Wildwood greets the Peace Run. Most of the staff were able to take a few minutes off to welcome the peace runners.

We continue on to our next destination in Union.

Salil brings the torch into Union City.

We stop at the Red White and Brew coffee shop in Union for some robusto, but before we can enter, the owner, Donna, rushes out to give us some water.

Salil is in an angelic mood.

Dave from Florida has joined our team and wastes no time clocking up some miles.

The RV gets a good wash.

We are running through beautiful undulating farmland.

All good days end with ice cream.
