Peace gives us joy

With schools on break now and us being in the Outback thing are on the quiet side. There is more time to reflect and focus within. It is time to appreciate the small things in life.

Peace gives us strength

This morning we took a little detour down to the Tennant Creek headquarters of councilman Sid Vashist to meet him at his favourite coffee shop in town. We are very grateful that Sid took the time to meet with us because we were once again overwhelmed by the genuine love that the community leaders have for their constituents and the steps they take to build peace in their region. Tennant Creek, like the Peace Run, boasts representation from over 16 nations

Thank you Sid for this wonderful meeting
