Tamworth, NSW - Muswellbrook, NSW

Reported by Edgars Ancans, Gianluca Marangon 153.0 km

Morning smile workout :-)

Today we were able to run again, and our legs were light after yesterday's rest

The girls' team ran the first section of the day, covering 69km towards Muswellbrook

It's a pleasure to run when there's no more slippery snow under your feet

Meanwhile, the boys' team ran the second leg of the day, completing the final 87km to Muswellbrook

While Roni ran the remaining 12km to Muswellbrook, the rest of the team visited St. Joseph's Catholic College in Aberdeen

The number of students was significant, around 500

Thanks to the Assistant Principal Marika Everleigh and teachers, all the students were well organised, disciplined and a great audience

Susan is the smartest student in class

The faster we sing the World Harmony Run song, the bigger the smiles on students' faces and the joy in their hearts

From hand to hand, from heart to heart, we pass our goodwill and wishes for peace

Assistant Principal, Marika Everleigh and her dog received a certificate of appreciation for their school, and an artwork entitled "Imagine and dream the world peace dream". Thank you for the warm welcome!

Jana greeted everyone before the Torch set off on its peaceful journey among the students

Everyone puts a bright thought or wish in the Peace Torch

Teachers and students are one team

Very proud torchbearers

We are grateful to Aberdeen Motel, where Sai and his colleagues generously offered one room for the women's team. They saved the team from camping on a damp ground, due to the heavy rain in the previous days. And we were pleasantly surprised, that the Assistant Principal of St. Joseph's Catholic College, Marika Everleigh, sponsored a warm room for the rest of the Peace Runners. Thank you very much for your sincerity and support!

Dinner is being prepared

And, at the same time, lunch is made for the next day

While Roxana was running today, she was deeply moved by a lady driving by and folding her hands while watching the Peace Torch
