Thank you to the Homestead Inn in West Hardin for your fantastic accommodations. The team slept so well and are ready to start the day. Your kindness in offering us complimentary accommodations really helps us to continue on our way.

Dhavala starts running directly from the hotel. Happy running!

And the running begins.

The team is welcomed to Hardin by Mayor Riley Ramsey. His enthusiasm and dedication to Hardin are so clear in all his words and thoughts about his town. Mayor Ramsey spoke about the importance of peace in his community. 'If we have peace, we give peace to others.' Thank you for taking the time from your busy schedule to meet with us today.

Meeting a new peace loving friend..

Tavishi enjoys the beautiful views while running some of her miles for the day.

And peaceful friends.

Long and silent stretches.

The men's team starts their running for the day.

And Atulya runs under the big sky of Montana.

The men's team arrives in the city of Colstrip and are greeted by Mayor John Williams. His tremendous enthusiasm and happiness are a welcome respite after the many long miles of running. Thank you for meeting us today!

While the men's team met Mayor Williams in Colstrip, the women started their second leg of running for the day. Chintamani prepares.

Carrying her enthusiasm and peace loving soul along the beautiful and pristine landscape.

Montana is an exceptionally fulfilling experience for all the runners. The roads are not only beautiful but very peaceful

Men and women's teams meet in the middle to pass lunch over.

Finishing the final miles for the day.

Enjoying a moment of Montana peace and vastness...and lunch!

The Peace Run RV is the ideal place to prepare our lunches and dinners. And the team is grateful to all the people who have joined us today. Thank you for your hopes for peace and your continuing efforts to inspire goodness in your own towns and in your own way.

"The gratitude of the heart is itself the breath-gratitude of life."     Sri Chinmoy
