The generosity and goodwill of Hattiesburg continues into our second day hereat the Hattiesburg Rotary Annual Prayer Breakfast.  The buffet was plentiful and the company was inspiring.

All Rotarians took a moment to hold the torch and offer a prayer for peace.

Rotarian's live a life of service above self and a deep commitment to giving back to the community, both locally and around the world.  Peace Run is always grateful to share their company and enjoy  their excellent values and integrity.

Thank you to Mark and Charlotte.  And to William Carey President Dr. Ben Burnett.  Your high values and standard of excellence are to be admired and respected.

The womens team meets an Islam International Student from Kazakhstan who attends William Carey University.  Akbota was surprised to find they had grown up in the same area in Kazakhstan.

It's time for the men's team to begin their miles for the day.

The Longleaf Trace Rails-to-Trails path is an excellent choice.

"Just be Courteous", a great motto for anyone in any situation.

Jeremy and Jack offer their goodwill.

Camp Shelby Mississippi Youth Challenge Academy also expresses a hope for peace.

And Devashishu makes some new furry friends along the Trail.

No explanation needed...

More trail running.

Cyclists are peace lovers.

Akbota enjoys her final day of running on the US Peace Run, at least for now.

She will stay with us in spirit

Our final stop of the day is a visit with the youth of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi.

They are a wonderful blend of enthusiasm, focus and peace.

Before the Peace Train!

Thank you for your excellent leadership!  You are changing the world through your incredible mentorship and example.

Everyone has a chance to hold the Peace Torch and offer goodwill.

We take your best wishes with us as we go.

Eddy offers his hope for peace, one final prayer for the day.
