Pine Creek, NT - Kakadu, NT

Zapsal/a Abhinandan Willis, Atulya Berube, Edgars Ancans, Emily Oliver 210.0 km

After a beautiful sunrise at the campground team started the 210km run from Pine Creek to Jabiru.

It just kept on giving!

Even the twin towers were lit up.

Today we ran through Kakadu National Park, which is a protected area in the Northern Territory of Australia.

It is a World Heritage Site. It is the second largest national park in Australia, after the Munga-Thirri–Simpson Desert National Park.

It is highly ecologically and biologically diverse, hosting a wide range of habitats and flora and fauna.

On the way, we met a dog that seemed lost. When we opened the van doors, the dog jumped in, wagging its tail and greeting the runners. Unfortunately, we cannot accept four-legged runners on the team.

"Why can't I join the team?"

A soulful moment before the next leg.

Running between the lines.

Edgars is one of our full timers; meaning he will run the whole way around the continent! Some days it seems like he could do it himself. :-)

Arriving at our accommodation...

Thank you ever so much Aurora Kakadu Lodge Jabiru for hosting the whole team tonight! What an amazingly pleasant stay.
