We finally arrived at the border between Switzerland and Italy...
...where representatives from both the italian and swiss side greeted us.

We then moved to the actual plaque, which is located between both customs...
...and we finally unveiled the plaque!
Then we passed the torch around...
...and we also enjoyed the wonderful refreshment that was offered us. Thank you!
On the way back we stopped for an ice cream (which turned out to be really really good...) and the owners, once they heard what the Peace Run is about, were enthusiastic to hold the torch. That was the sweetest...way to end the day!
