The team is constantly fueled by the remarkable people(and animals) we meet along our journey. Biggest take home: there are beautiful, friendly and kind people all over the world.

The men's team started with a 54 km run before Elliston. On the way, you could hear the comments of the runners in the van: "The scenery here is different than in the previous days". Rathin has already become great virtuoso with flying a drone today. We are hoping for breathtaking video views.

Like every day, we deeply enjoyed the wonderful and stunning landscape of Australia. On our 55km run, as the women’s team, we saw a variety of trees, contemplate their natural beauty as their colours are changing with the autumn wind

The women's run was going on in between a blue sky and a cloudy one which even blessed us with a few soft rain drops.

Susan enjoyed a long run along the Hamilton Lake as the rest of our team was literally stuck on the road because of a battery problem on our van.

We had to figure out where the battery is "hidden” inside the van and once that was found, John saved our day by giving power back to the battery. And back on the road to catch up with Susan who meanwhile ran 10 km.

Before the ceremony at the school, the whole team had time to walk along the nearby Little Bay Trail and observe the steep banks.

Edgars noticed a flock of birds sitting at Elliston Oval and eating grass seeds, so the race trajectory had to be redirected to this stadium, and hundreds of birds took off from the "restaurant" a moment later.

Principal Chad welcomed us with an open heart. Also the school’s dog, Haze, takes part to our meeting and it really seems to enjoy it.

The kids enjoyed our country guessing game and they were also eager to share with us their opinions on what peace means for them.
