Today is a Sunday, and the day before the final ceremony of the European Peace Run. To deepen our inner peace in anticipation of the final, we are invited to attend a peace ceremony in the Hindu Temple Radha Krishna in Lisbon.

The Peace Torch circumambulated the shrine of the Temple.

We were able the share the Torch with the people attending the ceremony in the Temple.

Today the Temple had a fire ceremony, a symbolic ceremony of letting go of desires. Ultimately, it is a peace ceremony.

The Peace Run Team was honoured to be invited to participate in the ceremony.

Mr. Kirit, the chairman of the congregation.

Sr. Kirit, Presidente da Congregação.

The Peace Run had the opportunity to sing the Peace Run song, and "A New World of Peace", both songs composed by Sri Chinmoy.

After the ceremony in the Hindu Temple (and a delicious lunch that followed), we had a little bit of time to take in the sights of beautiful Lisbon.
