The next day started with early morning walk around the Miramar beach near our accomodation in Pamaji, Goa.

...and some ayurvedic oil driping massage.

Visiting the St. Xavier's Church in Old Goa.

Tourists at the curch were interested to know about the torch and wanted to hold it.

This led to an imprompotu Peace Run presentation.

We then visited Snehasadan, an old age home, near Ponda city in Goa.

After the Peace Run presentation we sang some inspirational songs written by Sri Chinmoy as part of thier cultural program. The old age home offered some sweets and fruits afterwards.

Managers Mr. Bhadakamkar and Mr. Samant were also present.

Then we visited an ashram at Tapobhumi near Ponda City in Goa, to organise our presentation for the next day.

We then visited the Sanatan ashram at Ramanathi in Goa. This place is a publishing and research centre for Indian spirituality and vedic heritage.

Many local and international members were present to attend a special function at the centre.
