The Peace Run was invited to participate in the opening ceremonies of the Triple Play Club Challenge, a large - scale, annual health and recreation event hosted by the Boys and Girls Club of Puerto Rico (BGCPR). Designed for youth ages 6-18, the event promotes a holistic lifestyle focusing on the "Mind, Body, and Soul" through sports, fitness, and nutrition.
La Carrera por la Paz fué invitada a participar en la ceremonia Inaugural del Triple Play Club Challenge, un evento anual de salud y recreación a gran escala presentado por los Boys and Girls Club of Puerto Rico (BGCPR). Diseñado para los jovenes de 6 -18 años, el evento promueve un estilo de vida holístico centrado en la "Mente, Cuerpo, y Alma" a través del deporte, la aptitud física y la nutrición.
Approximately 1,500 youths from all 11 of the Boys and Girls Clubs in Puerto Rico enthusiastically participated in the day long event.
