Morning run.

Running into Clarksdale, home of the blues.

We are greeted at City Hall by Christopher Coleman.

On the left is Charles Lane, the Fire Chief and on the right Chris Coleman, the Administrative Assistant to the Mayor.

We visit our good friends at Yazoo Pass, a breakfast place that we have visited in previous years.

Clientele at Yazoo Pass show great interest in the Peace Run.

The 2014 team at Yazoo Pass, and the 2026 team below.

John, the owner, holds the torch. He remembers us well from previous visits.

Administrative work assisted by caffeine.

The town is full of colourful murals, and reminders of all the great musicians who have graced the festivals and music clubs here.

We get to hear some live blues from this talented and generous musician, Terry 'Harmonica' Bean, Mississippi Blues Man. He said, "When you come into this world with eight brothers and six sisters, you are born into the blues".

Our runner is off, overseen by Howlin' Wolf.

Jayashri is enjoying her final day on the American Peace Run.

Manini is also going home tomorrow. Thank you both for your enthusiasm and inspiration.

The team arrive in Memphis and present themselves at the Whitehaven Community Festival.

Pearl Eva Walker, council woman of District 3 in Memphis.

A quick stop outside Graceland, the home of Elvis Presley, as we leave Memphis.

Everyone signs their name on this wall outside Graceland. Nobody can find their name when they revisit two years later. A mystery!

In the background is Elvis' personal plane.

We end the day with a sumptuous meal at Imagine Vegan Cafe in Memphis.

Adam and Kristie are the owners who have generously provided the delicious food for the whole team. Thank you so much!
