The mayor passed the torch to the children...

After the meeting we went on a couple of steps and we met a group of senior citizens.

Thank you Macedo Cavaleiros for the inspiring meeting!

We reached Bragança, the final destination of this year's edition of the Peace Run in Portugal.

A group of local athletes awaited us at the city entrance...

...as we approached the final meeting place, groups of school classes crossed our path. They cheered us and we went on running through the city while they took a short cut...

...the last metres...

..the meeting place was an open-air stage with lots of space. Children from 9 schools in Bragança gathered for the final event!

...we went on stage...

...greeting messages by the kids...

...getting ready for the performance...

Sukham got famous...

The mayor of Bragança received the torch and spoke kind words...

...also the local priest welcomed the runners...

..while the several school classes performed, the torch was passed from hand to hand...
