The Peace Run is officially welcomed by the Chair of Criccieth Town Council, Cllr. Delyth Lloyd. Unfortunately the Councillor has temporarily lost her voice, so her speech is given by the Vice-Chair, Cllr. Dr Peter Harlech Jones.
