The team says their fond farewells to Jayashri and Manini.  Such excellent teammates, we hope they are able to come back.  Thank you for everything, including collecting a sample of soil in Tennessee.

The team is preparing for an immersive experience in American history at the National Civil Rights Museum.

The museum resides at the Lorraine Motel, site of Martin Luther King Jr.'s death.  His life was committed to equality, fairness and non violence.  He was assassinated on April 4, 1968.  Hi legacy of love, forgiveness and goodness live on to this day.

The white wreath honors the spot MLK JR fell.

He wrote his own eulogy which stands near the site of his death.

We met a wonderful family from Dallas outside the Museum.

The women's team have one last lunch with Manini before she departs from the team.

Anna, the manager of Days Inn is from El Salvador.  We were grateful to meet her and share the torch.  She has a deep love of running and was very happy to meet the team.

Our last stop in a small Tennessee town before we finish the day, on our way to Dyersburg.

Thank you to the Patels of Days Inn in Dyersburg for offering us complimentary rooms. Your self giving and generosity allow us to continue on our way.
