Grand Canyon South Kaibab Trail - Grand Canyon Bright Angel Trail

Reported by Tanuja Konečná 19.0 mi

Experiencing the Grand Canyon is not about talking. It is about feeling - feeling peace through your eyes, feeling peace through your hands and feet, feeling peace in your heart. Peace preserved for centuries to come.

The Peace Runners described the experience of the Grand Canyon in various ways: vastness, peace and silence, majestic sweetness, pure energy, depth, breathtaking beauty, magical power, ancient sacredness...

Peace has many forms and can be experienced in different ways at the same time. Peace touches our heart. We can always go back, back to our own heart, to find peace.

We could not miss our Grand Canyon end-of-day tradition: Bright Angel Restaurant's best food ever!!!

Thank you again and again Bright Angel :)

It was Pragati's last adventurous day on the Peace Run. Thank you for sharing your smile with us, Pragati!
