We started the day on the red Anna Plains Station Road. Today the whole team had to run 207km to Broome.

Another day of running down a long straight road, then waiting for other runners to do their kilometres, then running once again. There are 7 of us in the van, so this takes some time. This is truly a journey, not a sprint.

We leave road markers for the team coming behind us so they know where to finish. This one was very hard to miss!

My (Teekhnata) scheduled time on the run and coincidentally the run itself is just beyond half over. In some ways it feels like I’ve been out here forever and yet it’s gone by so quickly. Like life itself.

Some days I (Teekhnata) wonder if I will make it all the way to Brisbane, my personal goal end point. My answer all depends on my mood at the moment. Sometimes I think I have a good chance and other times I dream of exiting in Darwin and tooling around in a rental car to see some sights at my own pace, free from running, free from commitment.

But moods are momentary. They are like waves. They run their course and then dissipate. So, I might make it further. It is unknown right now. I’m not sure that I love running presently, but I do love peace.

And I love the people we meet along the way that are touched by our message. So many people have tooted their horns or stopped to have a chat or opened their wallets to give us money for a treat. Kindness is everywhere.

Nandi's (one of our vans' name) team captain Muggi ran, drove the car and conducted the team runners today.

Edgars, assisting Todor and Muggi, tries to extinguish the too-big flame of the torch. We have to be careful not to pour too much lamp oil before running.
