A big thank you to all the staff of the Seville Plaza Hotel in Kansas City for a wonderful nights stay and super hospitality in their beautiful hotel!

We were so happy that staff from all different departments came out to hold the torch, it really felt like one big family!

Today we did not have any ceremonies, so it was all about running and the people and places along the way!

Dennis enjoying the sun!

Whoops!

We eat a lot of bananas out on the road..

A strong head wind combined with quite a few hills made the days running more challenging than expected!

Every time we run we have to fill the torch with lamp oil.

Sandro does not seem at all fazed by the strong hot winds!

Dennis enjoying the roadside flowers, what a shot ;)

meanwhile Antara-Prabhat is putting in some serious miles..

We saw quite a few cows alongside the road.

Horses are always very interested in the torch.

When we made it to Chanute we made our biannual visit to the local RV specialist for a tune up.

Road ready again, thank you!

Meanwhile the womens team were still out on the road, being from Bali Suhasini is used to the heat!

We were delighted to be hosted for the night at Nest Extended Stay in Chanute, where we were well taken care of by the super friendly and accomodation staff. Thank you!!

To top off a great day, Obies offered the team complimentary pizza for dinner, much gratitude!

We took the pizza back to the RV, which was parked around the back of our hotel beside a nice peaceful park..

As the sun went down we enjoyed our dinner and some peaceful team time. Thank you to all the friends we met along the way!

Please send us a message, we would LOVE to hear from you.

See who is sending us messages.
